Dave Prowse (MBE) is best known to sci-fi fans as the dark lord Darth Vader. Dave Prowse has also played the role of The Green Cross Code man, informing children of road safety through the immortal words of “STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN”. Dave was a champion weightlifter and that made him an ideal candidate for one of the most memorable characters in the Star Wars movies.
